PETER UVIETESIVWI is the Managing Director of SmarteGic Outcomes Consulting in the United Kingdom. Peter is a seasoned Project Management Specialist and ISO certified professional with over 15 years experience in the energy, finance and development sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully led complex projects aimed at supporting sustainable energy solutions delivery in the oil and gas sector in Nigeria. He is currently based in the UK, overseeing strategic business engagements, suitability and compliance of new venture partners within a leading banking hub in the finance sector.
SmarteGic Outcomes Consulting was birthed as a Social Enterprise development brand envisioning a world where Social Innovators and Impact Leaders have equitable access to funding to deploy solutions to socio-economic problems, so citizens everywhere can live in safe, stable, and thriving communities.

RUKEVWE UVIETESIVWI serves as the Director of strategy and programmes at SmarteGic, providing strategic capacity building, enterprise coaching and technical implementation support to Nonprofits and Impact driven Businesses. In her role, she works with thriving Social Innovators, Corporate Executives and Experts helping them kickstart their Non-Profit ventures and CSR Initiatives, get funding ready and secure grant funding to drive meaningful and sustainable development impact.
Rukevwe is an Internationally Certified Development Professional, Enterprise Coach and Grant Funding Expert. She has helped thriving Non-Profit Founders and Senior Executives access multiple 6 figure dollar grant funding for development interventions globally. She is an Alumna of the prestigious Greater Manchester Business School, United Kingdom and Lagos Business School, Nigeria with over a decade of experience in International Development.

CHIOMA EMMA is an Associate Partner at SmarteGic, leading Strategic Communications and Client Engagement. With over a decade of experience in broadcasting and management consulting, she has become a respected figure in her various endeavors. Beginning her career as a broadcaster, Chioma quickly distinguished herself with her exceptional communication skills, versatility, and ability to connect with her audience. Her passion for education and community development led her to venture into Non-Profit Management consulting, where she has worked with various non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to provide expert advice and support. With a degree in Microbiology and a Masters in Human Resource Management, Chioma has trained with top global organizations such as the BBC and DFID and is a fellow of several international organizations.
